Zusammenfassung: | A method for generating optically recognized, laser-induced cracks in brittle material is provided to watch the actual running of the cracks in transparent material and to obtain optically recognized cracks of which a depth in the brittle material is also optically recognized. A method for generating optically recognized, laser-induced cracks in brittle material comprises steps of: guiding laser beam involved by cooling agent ray for pulling cracking groove in the material starting from the first crack; coating a marking agent on the surface of the material for optically watching the groove in the crack region, and the marking agent is penetrated into the crack before leaving the surface for adhesive remaining in the crack. For coating the marking agent on the surface, the material is dipped in the marking agent for being involved with the generation of the cracking groove. As an alternative, the marking agent is coated by spraying the agent on the surface of the brittle material. The cracking testing agent that is usually for non-destructive surface crack test is used for marking agent. |
