Zusammenfassung: | A carving device for a vehicle is provided to perform a dependable carving operation regardless of a relative position and inferiority of a carved surface. A carving device for a vehicle comprises a robot(A) and a carving unit(1). The robot is controlled by a PLC(Programmable Ladder logic Controller). The carving unit is positioned at a connecting end which forms a front end portion of the robot approaching a side of a carved panel(D) for a vehicle body(C), to carve an original carving number at the carved panel. The carving unit includes a case, a carver unit(5), an air solenoid valve(9), and a carve detecting unit. The case is formed with a combining end which is connected with the front end portion of the robot. The carver unit is mounted at an inner space inside the case to carve the original number at the carved panel of the vehicle body. The air solenoid valve provides driving force for a carving operation by controlling pneumatic pressure supplied to the carver unit. The carve detecting unit controls a control signal which drives the air solenoid valve for adjusting the pneumatic pressure and stops the robot, by sending a signal of a pressure detecting sensor detecting the pneumatic pressure supplied to the carver unit, to a control unit of the robot through an interlock cable. |
