A second cylindrical split body(30) has an expanded pipe part(34) formed at an end of the second split pipe. A combining element(40) combines the expanded pipe part of the first split body with the expanded pipe part of the second split body. A hermetic sealing element seals the combined expanded pipe part of the first split body and expanded pipe part of the second split body hermetically.
