Zusammenfassung: | A novel electron injection layer material is provided to secure excellent thin film forming property and stability. And an organic electroluminescent device comprising the same material is also provided to secure improved luminous efficiency, current density, brightness and driving voltage characteristic. An aryl phosphine oxide based- electron injection layer material is represented by the formula(1), wherein Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 is the same or different from each other, and are C6-18 substituted or unsubstituted aryl or C6-18 substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, and Y is O, S or Se. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a cathode, an anode, an electron transfer layer formed between the cathode and the anode, and an electron injection layer including the aryl phosphine oxide-based electron injection layer material and formed between the anode and the electron transfer layer. |
