Zusammenfassung:	A primer is provided to detect a soybean mosaic virus resistant plant rapidly and accurately without direct inoculation of a soybean mosaic virus into the plant, determine the genotype of the soybean mosaic virus resistant plant and provide higher detection limit of more than 1,000 times than that of a diagnosis method using an antiserum. The primer is selected from the group consisting of nucleotide sequences which species-specifically react with soybean mosaic virus and are described as SEQ ID : NOs. 1-12, complimentary sequences thereof and modified sequences thereof. The kit for detecting a soybean mosaic virus resistant plant comprises the nucleotide sequence or the primer. To detect the soybean mosaic virus resistant plant, a genome DNA of the plant is analyzed in the presence of the nucleotide sequence or the primer.
