IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

An image forming apparatus is provided to receive various background images from an external apparatus through a connection part and allow a user to set the background images to the image forming apparatus. A printing part(10) operates at various operation modes. A display part(30) displays background images and printing information. A user selection part(40) sets the background images in accordance with the operation modes. A control part(50) stores setting data of the set background images in a memory(20), processes the background images based on the stored setting data in accordance with the operation modes, and displays the processed background images on the display part. A connection part(60) is connected to an external apparatus. The control part receives the background images through the connection part and stores the background images in the memory.
