A substrate includes a plurality of pixels. A first electrode(221) is formed on the substrate. A barrier rib is formed between pixels of the substrate, and has at least one groove on the top. An emission layer is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(225) is formed on the emission layer. An interlayer insulation film is formed on the bottom of the barrier rib. The first electrode is made of ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) or IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide). |
