Zusammenfassung: | An organic electro-luminescence device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the increase of contact resistance or failure due to mis-contact, by preventing a conductive space from being separated from a second electrode or a thin film transistor. A first substrate(110) and a second substrate(120) are formed as including a plurality of sub pixels, respectively. A thin film transistor array includes a thin film transistor for each sub pixel formed on the first substrate. A first electrode(121) is formed on the front of the second substrate. An organic light emission layer is formed on the first electrode for each sub pixel of the second substrate. A second electrode(125) is formed on the organic light emission layer. A separator(150) is formed on the boundary of each sub pixel on the second substrate. A conductive spacer(117) electrically connects the thin film transistor and the second electrode with respect to each sub pixel. A film has a compressed stress on a back of one of the first and second substrates. |
