DEVICE FOR SUPPLING GREASE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THEREOF

A grease supplying device and a controlling method thereof are provided to prevent leakage of a distribution valve due to unnecessary pressure, and to detect in advance leakage due to a crack of each pipe. A grease supplying device includes a tank(10), a pump(20), a solenoid switching valve(40), a plurality of supplying pipes(50,60), a distribution valve(70), a system pressure sensor(31), a supplying pipe pressure sensor(51,61), and a controlling unit(80). The tank stores grease. The pump is connected with the tank, and discharges the grease. The solenoid switching valve is connected to an output side main pipe of the pump, and selectively changes a discharging pipe of grease. The plurality of supplying pipes are connected with the solenoid switching valve, and alternatively transmit the grease. The distribution valve is connected to the supplying pipe, and transmits the grease to a supply place. The system pressure sensor is installed on the main pipe, and detects pressure applied to the supplying pipe. The supplying pipe pressure sensor is installed on the supplying pipe, and detects the pressure applied on the supplying pipe. The controlling unit is electrically connected to each valve and pressure sensor, controls and operates the switching valve according to an input signal, and checks whether facilities have abnormality.
