Preferably, the styrene-based block copolymer is at least one selected from a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, a styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer, a styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene block copolymer and a styrene-butadiene-butylene-styrene block copolymer; and the nonhalogenated polymer contains 10-50 wt% of a polyolefin-based polymer and 10-20 wt% of a polystyrene-based polymer. |
