Zusammenfassung:	A kit for diagnosing pregnancy in pig is provided to be able to diagnose the pregnancy of pig from urine of the pig by using an antibody for measuring the concentration increase of estrone sulfate(EIS) in blood or urine when the pig becomes pregnant, thereby identifying the pregnancy of the pig at an early stage through simple operation without expensive equipments. The kit for diagnosing pregnancy in pig diagnoses the pregnancy of the pig by using the concentration change of EIS in urine and comprises: an analysis strip including a control line coated with EIS-BSA at one side end portion of a pore-formed thin-film typed paper and a test line at the other end portion thereof, where a secondary antibody for recognizing the antibody against the EIS to be bound thereto is fixed; and a conjugate labeling an antibody against the EIS with gold particle.
