Zusammenfassung: | An FRP grid panel manufactured for a bridge deck is provided to reduce dead weight by having high specific strength and specific stiffness in comparison with the existing concrete or steel, to secure stable load carrying capacity against large external load and to improve economic effect by manufacturing with glass fiber and using for a bridge deck. An FRP grid panel(20) is manufactured by piling and joining unit FRP grid panels(30), which are manufactured by impregnating many glass fiber mats in resins and piling on the upper and lower parts of a latticed FRP grid made with fiber panels, in many layers using resins; and installed on a bridge deck(10) the upper structure of a bridge by inserting and connecting the FRP grid panels, which are manufactured in the appointed standards according to the width and length of the existing deteriorated bridge, into a retreated groove of a shear key(22) formed on the FRP grid panel and joining a shear connection(21) having the shear key with resins. |
