Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition of polyvinyl alcohol resin and a polyvinyl alcohol film prepared using the same, and more particularly, to a composition of polyvinyl alcohol resin having inhibited hydrogen bonds for space between molecular chains by means of impregnating an anionic and a nonionic hydrophilic activator and a plasticizer in an appropriate ratio into the polyvinyl alcohol resin during the saponification process, and a polyvinyl alcohol film prepared by utilizing the composition via extrusion, wherein the polyvinyl alcohol film exhibits a significantly improved surface tension, contact angle, polarizing efficiency, and transmittance, especially a reduced number of undissolved particles and color regularity so that it is highly suitable for producing polarizing films used in manufacturing liquid crystal displays.
