description The present invention provides a manufacturing method of template. The characteristic of the present invention comprises: a cleaning step for cleaning a plate-shaped glass; the coating step for coating a photo-sensitive film on the cleaned glass in a spin-coating method; a thermal treatment step to perform thermal treatment (soft bake) onto the coated photo-sensitive film; an exposure step, in which exposure is performed after the pattern mask of the vertical and the horizontal forms are loaded; a development step to perform development process onto the photo-sensitive film that is completed with the exposure step; a manufacturing step of lens shape, in which thermal treatment (hard bake) is performed onto a part where the light-sensitive film is removed to form the lens shape of the vertical and the horizontal forms; an deposition step to deposit an conductive film (such as Cu, Ni, and so on) on the manufactured of the finished shape; a manufacturing step of a female mold, in which nickel is plated on the finished patterned metal (Cu, Ni and son on) surface to manufacture the female mold; and a manufacturing step of a template, in which a mold releasing process is performed onto the female mold and electroplating process is used to manufacture the template.
