The top cover of the battery cell is provided with many extension parts 14a-14d, formed correspondingly having the same height perpendicularly along both sides. The lower end of the PCM block is inserted between the many extension parts and connected by a snap coupling system. Both ends of the positive electrode grounding terminal 12a and the negative electrode grounding terminal 12b are elastically grounded between the positive and negative electrode earth parts of the top cover and PCM, respectively.
