A message transceiver(214) extracts the service server ID corresponding to the customer ID of the information modification message from the customer update server database, transmits an information update message to the service server(50) corresponding to the service server ID, and receives an update face from the service server. A customer message transferor(216) transfers the update fact to the customer.
