Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A sheet heater and a method are provided to generate constant heat from a resistant heating layer printed with a conductive ink, and achieve improved electrical conductivity by using a vacuum deposited metal electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A sheet heater comprises an insulation substrate(1); a metal electrode layer(2) which is vacuum deposited on the insulation substrate; a resistant heating layer(3) silk-printed with a conductive ink on the insulation substrate and the metal electrode layer; and an electrode terminal portion(5) and a coating layer(4). A method for manufacturing a sheet heater comprises a vacuum deposition step of forming a metal electrode layer on an insulation substrate; a silk-printing step of depositing a resistant heating layer on the metal electrode layer; a terminal bonding step of connecting an electrode terminal to the metal electrode layer; and a coating step of insulating the resistant heating layer. |
