CONSTITUTION: An Internet sharing block(41) is driven by a LINUX-based operating system, assigns different private IPs to plural network access apparatuses(10) by using an NAT(Network Address Translation) function, and accesses the Internet with one approved IP. An Ethernet switching block(42) switches a data transceiving path between the plural network access apparatuses(10), and comprises a physical transceiver connected to an MII(Media Independent Interface) to communicate with the Internet sharing block(41). A telephone line distribution block(43) receives telephone lines coming in premises and distributes the received telephone lines to plural telephones(20).
