The two-liquid inorganic waterproof agent is spread on the primer layer to form a middle waterproof layer. Bubbles and pinholes of the middle waterproof layer are checked, and the inorganic coating agent including ceramic powder, the inorganic elastic coating waterproof agent and inorganic pigment is spread to form an upper finishing layer.
