A Contineous germination method of Korean Ginseng seed and the product thereof

PURPOSE: A method of germinating seeds of Korean ginseng throughout the year comprising the steps of performing the low-temperature treatment in a low humidity state and then performing the high-temperature treatment in a high humidity state is provided. The germination method does not use plant growth stimulators, antifungal agents or antiseptics and thus is environment friendly. CONSTITUTION: Seeds of Korean ginseng are subjected to a low-temperature treatment at -5deg.C with a relative humidity of 60% for 5hr and then a high-temperature treatment at 20deg.C with a relative humidity of 90% for 3hr. The above procedure is repeated three times per day. For an example, Seeds of Korean ginseng are treated in a freezer at -5deg.C with a relative humidity of 60% for 5hr and then a food warming cabinet at 20deg.C with a relative humidity of 90% for 3hr to germinate the seeds of Korean ginseng. 본 발명은 고려인삼종자의 연중발아법 및 그 발아식물에 관한 것으로 식물성장호르몬, 토양, 배지, 항진균 또는 항생제 처리없이 인삼종자를 연중 발아시킬 수 있는 방법을 제공하는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
