본 발명은 석유화학 및 화학물질의 혼합물, 특히 나프타 개질반응기 유출 혼합물로부터 벤젠과 톨루엔을 각각 성분별로 분리하는데 사용하는 증류조작용 장치를 에너지 절감형으로 개선한 증류방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 분별증류 방법 및 장치 다성분 평형증류 곡선에 맞는 분별증류 방식으로 열복합 증류탑을 사용하여 달성되는데, 이러한 증류탑은 나프타 개질반응기에서 얻은 방향족 탄화수소 혼합물에서 저비점 성분인 벤젠과 톨루엔을 분리하는 분별증류 공정에서 사용 에너지를 현저히 감소하면서 분별증류가 가능하게 한다. 상기와 같이 본 발명에 따른, 열복합 증류방식은 탑 효율이 높기 때문에 열복합형 증류탑을 이용하여 분리조작을 하면 에너지 사용량을 절감할 수 있고 증류탑의 재비기와 냉각기로 사용하는 열교환기의 용량을 줄일 수 있어 열교환기의 설비비를 줄일 수 있다. |
