Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A dishwashing detergent composition which is excellent in cleaning power, rinsability, skin protection, and biodegradability, is non-toxic to human body and hardly causes water pollution, is provided by using lipopolysaccharide-lipid, olive oil-hydrolyzed wheat protein, sophorose lipid, trehalose-lipid in a specified amount. CONSTITUTION: The dishwashing detergent composition comprises 1-30 pts.wt. of lipopolysaccharide-lipid, 1-10 pts.wt. of olive oil-hydrolyzed wheat protein, 0.1-5 pts.wt. of sophorose lipid, 1-10 pts.wt. of trehalose-lipid, and the balance of water. 본 발명은 세척력, 헹굼성, 피부보호효과, 생분해도가 우수하며, 식기에 잔류하더라도 인체에 거의 독성이 없고, 수질오염에 거의 영향이 미치지 않는 주방세제 조성물에 관한 것으로, a) 리포폴리사카라이드 리피드 1 내지 30 중량부; b) 올리브 오일 하이드로라이즈드 휘트 프로틴 1 내지 10 중량부; c) 소포로오즈 리피드 0.1 내지 5 중량부; d) 트리할로오즈 리피드 1 내지 10 중량부; 및 e) 물 잔부를 포함하는 주방세제 조성물을 제공한다.
