A method of preparing the diaper rash treatment composition comprises the steps of: making an extract of Astragalus membranaceus using an organic solvent; dissolving bamboo salt and burnt alum in water to make a solution; and adding the extract to the solution, and mixing them. 본 발명은 황기, 죽염 및 고백반을 포함하는 피부 발진 치료용 조성물을 제공한다. 상기 피부 발진 조성물은 a) 황기를 유기용매로 추출하는 단계; 및 b) 죽염과 고백반을 용해시킨 물에 상기 a) 단계의 유기용매 추출물을 첨가하여 배합하는 단계에 의하여 제조되며, 여기에 세라믹 소재를 더 배합할 수 있다. 본 발명의 피부 발진 치료용 조성물 또는 이를 적용한 1회용 흡수 제품은 피부자극 및 부작용이 없고, 각종 피부 발진 또는 기저귀 발진을 효과적으로 예방 및 치료할 수 있다.
