부압이 안정되게 유지되는 잉크 저장소를 내부에 구비하는 잉크젯 프린팅 헤드의 카트리지가 개시된다. 개시된 카트리지에서는, 종래에 저장소에서 상대적으로 안정된 부합을 유지하기 위해 필요로 하던 스프링과 스프리더와 같은 많은 요소들 대신에, 저장소벽으로서의 기능 및 저장소 내부의 부압 제어 기능을 동시에 충족시키는 하나의 탄성벽으로 대체된다. 상기 탄성벽은 다양한 두께의 탄성 재질로부터 아치의 형태로 만들어질 수 있다. 개시된 카트리지에 의하면, 작동 중 잉크를 균일하게 공급하여 양질의 프린팅이 되도록 하고, 양산시 최소한의 구성요소를 포함하는 잉크젯 프린팅 헤드용 카트리지를 제공한다. |
