The magnetic circuits respectively include a track coil(32) for driving the bobbin in the track direction, a plurality of focus/tilt coils(33-36) for driving the bobbin either focus or tilt direction, and magnets(31) facing the focus/tilt coils and the track coils and having a polarization structure for the focus or tilt direction driving and the track direction driving of the bobbin.
