CONSTITUTION: In an eccentric pouring type tundish for eccentric pouring molten steel injected through ladle into continuous casting mold, the tundish(4) for improving cleanliness of molten steel by enabling flow control comprises a molten steel backflow type pad(12) which is installed at the tundish bottom where molten steel is injected into, and at the upper part of one side of which a flow restraint body(12a) is integrally formed to lengthen retention time of molten steel to a mold having short length; and a turbulence restraint means(14) installed at the backflow type pad(12) to increase cleanliness of molten steel by guiding backflow of molten steel injected into the pad(12) to the side of molten steel surface, thereby collecting inclusions on the molten steel as tundish slag to the utmost, wherein the turbulence restraint means(14) is an inclined wall installed with being inclined to the side wall of the pad(12) in a certain angle ( ) oppositely to the flow restraint body(12a) of the pad(12), and wherein an inclination angle of the inclined wall(14) that is the turbulence restraint means(14) is 45 to 70 degrees of an angle.
장입용강의 유동제어가 가능하여 용강의 청정성을 향상시킨 턴디쉬(TUNDISH)를 제공한다. 상기 본 발명의 턴디쉬(4')는, 용강(1)이 주입되는 부위의 턴디쉬 바닥(4'a)에 설치되고, 거리가 짧은측 주형(5a)으로의 용강 체류시간을 길게 하도록 일측 상단에 유동억제체(12a)가 일체로 형성된 용강 역류형패드(12); 및, 상기 역류형패드 (12)에 설치되어 패드(12)에 주입되는 용강을 탕면측으로 역류 유도하여 용강상의 개재물을 턴디쉬 슬랙으로서 최대한 포집되어 용강의 청정성을 높이도록 하는 난류억제수단(14);을 구비하여 구성되어 있다. 따라서, 이와 같이 본 발명에 의하면, 용강의 재산화를 억제하면서 용강의 청정도는 가일층 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이다. |
