PURPOSE: A drilling apparatus for easily controlling tap hole of blast furnace is provided to prevent troubles of the tap hole by removing the projecting part of mud material more efficiently and forming the center of the tap hole accurately. CONSTITUTION: The drilling apparatus for easily controlling tap hole of blast furnace comprises a rotational body part rotationally attached to the side surface of the tap hole by a fixing bolt; an excavation driving part comprising a rotation motor(110) mounted on the rotational body part to give rotary power to connecting rods positioned inside grinder(40) and boring machine(60), and a back and forth moving motor(90) installed at guide case(111); a conversion part in which fixed pipes(43,62) of the grinder(40) and boring machine(60) are connected to a fixed penetration hole, and front end part of conversion rod and inserting hole of rotation plate(80) are clamped to key by fixed ring(98a); a grinding part in which a connecting rod for transmitting rotary power to a grinding blade(42) is installed inside a connection guide hole to remove a projecting part of monolithic refractories formed inside the tap hole with the connecting rod being supported by a bearing block; and a digging part comprising a digging slide case moved back and forth inside a slide hole to form the center inside the tap hole and moved along a single strap, and a digging bit(61) rotated by a pair of bearings. 본 발명은 용광로의 출선구 돌출부 제거 및 센터 형성장치에 관한 것이다. 그 기술적인 구성은, 출선구 측면에 설치된 선회 몸체부가 좌,우,상,하 방향으로 이탈되는 것을 방지하고 출선구 면과 접촉되는 연삭기 및 굴착기가 전환모터와 전환 로드에 의해 순차적으로 회전하면서 돌출부와 출선구 센터를 형성하는 것을 요지로 한다.
