By mixing a biocide lacking in initial bactericidal activity with a biocide having long lasting bactericidal activity, the biocide having durability of sterilization as well as initial bactericidal activity can be prepared economically. CONSTITUTION: A composition system with microbial sterilization and growth inhibition contains a microbial sterilization composition A and a hypochlorite-containing composition B in a weight ratio of 1:19 to 19:1. The microbial sterilization composition A is prepared by reacting alkali or alkaline earth metal hypochlorite with a water soluble bromide ion source and then adding a stabilizer to the obtained alkali or alkaline earth metal hypobromite. The hypochlorite-containing composition B is prepared by adding a stabilizer to the alkali or alkaline earth metal hypochlorite. The stabilizer is sulfamic acid. 본 발명은 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속 차아염소산염을 수용성 브로마이드이온 공급원과 반응시켜 생성된 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속 차아브롬산염에 안정화제를 첨가하여 제조한 미생물 살균제와, 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속 차아염소산염에 안정화제를 첨가하여 반응시킨 안정화된 차아염소산염을 함유한 미생물살균제를 중량비로 1:19~19:1의 비율로 혼합하여 이루어지는 미생물 성장 억제용 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 조성물은 미생물 성장억제 및 제어에 있어서 살균 활성과 그 활성지속시간에 있어서 우수한 효과를 나타낸다.
