Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Provided is a novel peptide P1 which inhibits the differentiation of osteoclasts. Particularly, provided are an amino acid sequence and a nucleotide sequence coding peptide P1, the peptide P1 encoded thereby, and manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: A peptide represented by the SEQ ID NO:3 has 70% homology with the peptide P1 by deletion, addition and substitution, and inhibits the differentiation of osteoclasts. It contains 1st to 8th amino acids of Cecropin A, 4th to 7th amino acids of Magainin 1 and 9th to 12th of amino acids of Magainin 2. 본 발명은 파골세포의 분화를 억제하는 신규한 펩타이드 P1에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 펩타이드 P1을 코드하는 아미노산 서열 및 핵산 서열, 상기 서열에 의해 코드되는 펩타이드 P1 및 이를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 나아가 분리 정제된 P1 펩타이드, 그 기능적 동등물 및 이들을 함유하는 골의 대사성 질환 치료용 약학 조성물과 이를 투여하여 파골세포의 분화를 억제하는 방법을 제공한다.
