TESTER OF EARTH LEAKAGE BREAKER

PURPOSE: A tester of an earth leakage breaker is provided to test whether the earth leakage breaker and ground equipment are normally operated in order to prevent an electric shock disaster. CONSTITUTION: A user uses to perform a testing operation using a test switch(1). An RS flip-flop circuit(2) prevents a chattering from generating according to a contact point. A timer(3) receives an input pulse signal from the RS flip-flop circuit(2) and generates a square wave for a predetermined time. A current amplifier(4) amplifies the square wave pulse current from the timer(3) by a predetermined level. A switch(5) relays a sensitive current from a test current selector(6). The test current selector(6) outputs a testing current corresponding to a sensitive resistance to the switch(5). A rectifier(7) rectifies an alternating current voltage to a direct current voltage. A ground tester(8) confirms whether a ground line is coupled or a polarity changes. A constant voltage rectifier(9) supplies a constant direct current voltage to a neutral line of the ground tester(8).
