CONSTITUTION: The edge molding strip manufacturing device for a furniture panel comprises an extruder(10), a polishing roller part(20) arranged on the rear end of the extruder(10), a cooling unit(30) arranged on the rear end of the polishing roller unit(20) to pass a sheet through many cooling rollers(32) to cool down, a high-frequency surfacing part(40) arranged on the rear end of the cooling unit(30) to form minute irregularities on the front and rear of the sheet through corona discharge, a transfer coating part(50) arranged on the rear end of the high-frequency surfacing part(40) to transfer decorative patterns on the front of the sheet, a UV coating part(60) arranged on the rear end of the transfer coating part(50), an ultraviolet drying part(70) arranged on the rear end of the UV coating part(60) to dry a UV coating layer, and an adhesive applying part(80) arranged on the rear end of the ultraviolet drying part(70) to apply and dry an adhesive on the back of the sheet. 본 발명은 자동화된 연속공정에 의해 고품질의 가구패널용 에지몰딩 스트립을 높은 생산성으로 제조할 수 있는 장치에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 압출기(10)와, 이 압출기(10)의 후단에 배치되는 폴리싱롤러부(20)와, 이 폴리싱롤러부(20)의 후단에 배치되며 냉각오일이 흐르는 다수의 냉각롤러(32) 사이로 시트(1)를 통과시켜서 냉각하는 냉각부(30)와, 상기 냉각부(30)의 후단에 배치되며 코로나방전을 통해 시트(1)의 전후면에 미세한 요철을 형성하는 고주파표면처리부(40)와, 상기 고주파표면처리부(40)의 후단에 배치되며 시트(1)의 전면에 소정의 장식무늬를 전사시키는 전사코팅부(50)와, 상기 전사코팅부(50)의 후단에 배치된 UV코팅부(60)와, 이 UV코팅부(60)의 후단에 배치되어 UV코팅층을 건조시키는 자외선 건조부(70)와, 상기 자외선 건조부(70)의 후단에 배치되며 시트(1)의 배면에 접착제를 도포하고 건조시키는 접착제도포부(80)를 포함하며, 상기 접착제도포부(80)을 통해서 접착제가 도포된 시트(1)는 이후의 슬리팅공정을 통해 길이방향을 따라 소정의 폭으로 절단되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가구패널용 에지몰딩 스트립 제조장치가 제공된다.
