METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING SHARED INFORMATION TO GROUPS AND PERSONS USING COMPUTER

PURPOSE: A method and system for providing shared information is provided to save time and labor by receiving user information from users on the Internet, by receiving shared information from group members using a shared function, and by enabling other members to use the information. CONSTITUTION: A shared information providing system(30) includes a server(32) and a database(50). The server(32) includes a main program(34), an album making program(36), a recording program(38), an information exchange program(40), a shared program(42) and other programs(44). The main program(34) receives all sorts of information from users and enables other members included in the user's group to use the information. The album making program(36) receives pictures or video picture information from each user. The recording program(38) receives all sorts of personal information from the users and stores the information in a personal information database(58) of a user database(52). The database(50) includes the user database(52) and a group database(62). The user database(52) includes a personal affair information database(54), a picture and video information database(56), a personal information database(58) and an exchange information database(60). The database(54) stores IDs, passwords and so on. The database(56) stores pictures or video picture information inputted from the users. The group database(62) includes a group member database(64) and a shared information database(66). The database(64) stores personal information on members of a group.
