본 발명은 산삼 (학명은)을 생물공학적인 방법을 이용하여 배양용기 내에서 무균적으로 배양하여 묘목을 대량으로 생산하는 방법에 관한 것임. 산삼의 생산방법은 캘러스유도과정을 거쳐 산삼의 체세포배를 유도하여 이를 발아시켜 묘목을 대량생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 전술한 체세포배로부터 유식물을 유도하고 이로부터 다시 2차 체세포배를 유도하고 이를 발아시켜 산삼 묘목을 생산하는 방법에도 관계된다. 본 발명에 의하면 멸종 위기에 있으며 우수한 약효와 고가의 산삼 묘목을 생물공학적인 방법에 의하여 대량으로 번식시킬 수 있다. |
