SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF MOBILE TERMINAL USING INTERNET

PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing personal information of a mobile terminal using the Internet are provided to input personal information of a terminal user in a web site and to construct a database by changing and storing the personal information and to store the information as personal information of a terminal by transmitting the information to the terminal if necessary. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(200) supplies an interface to a user(100) for inputting and changing personal information and has a memory(201) for storing personal managing information and performs a data communication. A base station(300) is provided for transmitting/receiving data to the mobile terminal(200). A switching center(400) is connected to the Internet and exchanges data for making the data transmitted/received to the base station(300). A computer(600) inputs, modifies, and changes personal managing information from a specific menu being supplied through the Internet to a key input unit for making personal information of the mobile terminal(200) updated and changed. A personal information managing server(700) modifies, appends, and changes personal managing information by a terminal user being connected through the Internet, and constructs a database(701) based on the processed information and transmits the information to the mobile terminal(700).
