The hair-coloring composition is produced by the steps of: melting lipid alcohol and surfactant at 75 to 85 deg. C; dissolving the oxidation tint intermediates in purified water; mixing and cooling to 50 to 60 deg. C; and adding oat protein extract into the mixture.
