CONSTITUTION: A satellite information processor(210) includes a source data receiving unit(211), a source data converting and processing unit(212), a processed data transmitting unit(213), a satellite information transmission managing unit(214) and a data base(215). The source data receiving unit(211) receives a satellite orbit data and a correction data from a spacecraft control center(220) and a correcting station(I-IV)(230). The source data converting and processing unit(212) extracts a required data from the received data file, converts the extracted data into a form fitting to a data base schema, processes it and stores it in the data base(213). The data base(213) stores the data which has been converted and processed by the source data converting and processing unit(212). The processed data transmitting unit(214) extracts a data required for transmission from the data base(213) according to a data transmission request from the base band(240), converts it to a transmission data structure and transmits it. The satellite information transmission managing unit(215) dynamically exhibits the correction and the transmission state of the satellite orbit data and alarms when an abnormal state occurs.
