CONSTITUTION: This process comprises the steps of: forming a cellulose ammonium phosphate ester compound by impregnating a cellulose fiber structure containing cellulose fiber with an aqueous solution of a phosphorous compound and a nitrogen compound and reacting at 200 to 400deg.C in a nitrogen atmosphere; forming a cellulose sodium phosphate ester compound by ion exchange of the formed compound in a sodium hydroxide solution; coupling with a metal ion by impregnating the formed cellulose sodium phosphate ester compound with an alcohol solution of refractory metal chloride.
