If an information inputted on the jointed member identifying ID and secret window is identified with an information stored in a server, the clicked banner is displayed in a full screen, and the advertising screen of the advertisement manager is output, and an on-line lottery proposal space is output at a predetermined portion. A predetermined prize money is furnished to a prizewinner by a lot per a week.
