ROTATING DEVICE FOR BROILING SKEWERED FOOD

PURPOSE: A rotating broiling device is provided to economically use a charcoal fire, to give convenience of using, and to improve the taste of the meat broiled. CONSTITUTION: A rotating broiling device comprises a cooking room(100) forming a circular hole(105) and a chamber(103); a charcoal fire tub(112) composed of a metal net on one sidewall; a circular plate(124) forming plural grooves(125) inserted by a skewered food rod and rotating with the power of a driving unit(140); a skewered food rod(132) rotating along the circular plate after hanged in the groove(125) to place a handle(134) in the chamber. The skewered food rod is easily inserted in and pulled out from the grooves(125) of the circular plate. The hot air from the charcoal fire is effectively dispersed to the skewered food rod repeatedly approaching and going away from the charcoal fire tub(112). Therefore, many skewered foods are broiled with less charcoal fire and the taste of the broiled meat is improved.
