A polyamide resin containing 15 to 50 % by weight of reinforcing fiber thus obtained is used as a material. By using a moving type core having a two-stage structure including a large diameter moving core and a small diameter moving core, a tubular hollow molded body 17 is formed, and redundant portions 18 and 19 are cut and removed.
