The fabric is not only strong in flexibility, toughness and abrasion resistant, but also excellent in the screening of electromagnetic wave and water vein wave by passing electricity through the metallic fabric paper crossed by the warp and the weft. Therefore, the fabric paper can be used as industrial materials for the industrial facility generated electromagnetic wave and water vein wave, and as a working uniform for the worker. 본 발명은 전자파와 수맥파 차단용 직물지 제조방법에 관한 것이며 유연성과 인성 및 내마모성이 강하고 전자파와 수맥파의 차단률이 높은 직물지를 제공함에 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 폴리에스테르 필름에 알미늄을 증착하여 일정폭으로 절단하여 조성된 메타릭 섬유사를 경사로 하고 폴리에스테르사를 위사를 사용하여 메타릭 섬유사에 알미늄 박피를 합지시킨 메타릭사를 경사와 위사로 하여 일정간격마다 교차되도록 제직한 후 직물지의 전후면에 PVC로 코팅하여 제조한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명의 직물지는 유연성과 인성 및 내마모성이 강하고 종과 힝으로는 매타릭 섬유사가 교접되어 통전되어 전자파와 수맥파를 차단하게 되므로 전자파와 수맥파의 발생이 심한 산업시설에는 이를 차단하는 산업용 자재로 그 작업자는 작업용 의류용으로 사용할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명이다.
