Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A reflective color LCD is provided to achieve the image of high brightness and high contrast in any direction. CONSTITUTION: On a high molecular film(15), a black resin layer(2) is coated. An aluminum reflective film layer(3) is formed on the black resin layer(2). A photosensitive resin layer(4) formed on the reflective film layer(3) is exposed to ultra violet rays(17) through a photo mask(16). The photosensitive resin layer(4) is developed, and the reflective film layer(3) is formed only in an aperture portion of a rectangular shape. Non-photosensitive coloring filters(5a,5b,5c) are formed on the reflective film layer(3) patterned in the rectangular shape. Red, green and blue color filters(5a,5b,5c) are formed, hardening the non-photosensitive coloring filters(5a,5b,5c). A transparent electrode(6) and a back directional control film(12) are formed on the color filters(5a,5b,5c). A spacer(13) equivalent to the thickness of a liquid crystal layer(14) is filled between transparent electrodes(6,11).
