The condition of the waste on a post-combustion fire grate (3c) is judged on the basis of measured values from a main flue thermometer (14), an O2 analyser (16), a CO concentration meter (17) and a barometer (18a) which is placed under the post-combustion fire grate. Thus, the possible occurrences of an insufficient temperature condition, or an air or fuel shortage condition is judged quickly, and the flow rate of the air to the post-combustion fire grate (3c), the flow rate of the air to the same fire grate (3c) and the moving speed of the fire grate are properly controlled. 본 발명은 배가스중의 CO, NOx 농도 및 다이옥신 등을 저감하는 것을 목적으로 한 쓰레기 소각로의 연소제어 방법이다. 이를 위한 주연도 온도계(14), O2 농도계(16), CO 농도계(17), 후연소 화격자 아래 기압계(18a) 등의 측정치에 근거하여 후연소 화격자(3c) 위의 쓰레기의 상태를 판단하고, 온도부족, 공기부족 혹은 연료부족의 상태로 빠지는 경향을 신속하게 판단하여, 후연소 화격자(3c)에 대한 공기량 또는 후연소 화격자(3c)에 대한 공기량과 후연소 화격자의 동속도를 제어한다.
