According to embodiments of the present invention, the size and position of each of a plurality of display areas constituting a display part may be dynamically changed in consideration of: whether the number of vehicles facing the display part exceeds a threshold; whether collected disaster situation information includes traffic accident occurrence information or fire occurrence information; whether collected weather information includes a forecast of snow or rain; whether collected fine dust information includes a forecast of fine dust above a set threshold; and the like. Accordingly, a user can be provided with useful information that is appropriate to a current situation of a target area at any given time, and in particular, the size and position of the display area are dynamically changed in accordance with the user's location and orientation, thereby improving the user's visibility of information displayed on the integrated information display board.
