본 발명은 LNG운반선 화물창의 반응 검지재 도포장치를 개시한다. 이러한 본 발명은 벌크 타입으로서 교반 기능을 가지는 검지재 도포 장치를 구성한 것이고, 이에 따라 LNG운반선 화물창에 대한 가스 누설 검사시 주입되는 암모니아 가스의 반응 검지재 분출량을 자유롭게 조절하면서 반응 검지재의 도포에 있어 균일한 도막을 형성시켜 검사 표면에 대한 누설 유무와 누설 위치 확인이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 함은 물론, 종래와 같이 용기내 잔존 가스 제거해야 하는 불편함을 개선하고, 반응 검지재 적용에 있어 도포 시간을 절약하며, 도포 작업시 많은 인원이 필요로 하지 않게 되면서 인력 동원에 따른 비용을 절감하는 것이다. |
