LED LED A SORTING DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR SORTING LED LIGHTS BY HOUSING TYPE THROUGH VISION RECOGNITION FROM LED MIXED WASTE LIGHTS HAVING DIFFERENT HOUSING TYPES

In accordance with the present invention, provided are an apparatus and a system for sorting LED lighting by housing shape through vision recognition from LED-mixed waste lighting having housings of different shapes. The apparatus includes: an input conveyor moving a plurality of pieces of LED-mixed waste lighting including bulb type LED lighting, while having housings of different shapes; a sensing unit acquiring images of the LED-mixed waste lighting moved along a path of the input conveyor by using a plurality of cameras; an analysis unit searching for the bulb type LED lighting from the images acquired by the sensing unit by using an algorithm for image classification and recognition; a calculation unit calculating X, Y and Z coordinate positions of an object sorted as the bulb type LED lighting by the analysis unit; and a transfer unit picking up the object of the X, Y and Z coordinate positions calculated by the calculation unit to transfer the object to a sorting conveyor.
