GIMBAP AND ROLL FORMING APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a device for forming both gimbap and rolls, which is capable of forming rolls as well as gimbap of various sizes. The device may comprise: a hopper unit (100) disposed at the top to supply rice by means of a stirring blade (101); a roller unit (200) which forms the rice supplied from the hopper unit (100) into a sheet shape of a certain thickness; a cutting unit (300) disposed downstream of the roller unit (200) to cut a rice sheet (11) formed by the roller unit (200) to a certain length; a rolling unit (300) which receives the rice sheet (11) supplied from the cutting unit (300), filling ingredients (12), and a seaweed ingredient (13) and forms the same into gimbap (10) and rolls (20) of a predetermined diameter; and a control unit which controls the operation of the hopper unit (100), the roller unit (200), the cutting unit (300), and the rolling unit (400). 본 발명은 다양한 사이즈의 김밥뿐만 아니라 롤도 성형할 수 있는 롤 겸용 김밥 성형장치에 관한 것으로, 상부에 배치되어 교반날개(101)에 의해 밥을 공급하는 호퍼부(100); 상기 호퍼부(100)에서 공급된 밥을 일정한 두께의 시트형상으로 성형하는 롤러유닛부(200); 상기 롤러유닛부(200)의 하류에 배치되어 상기 롤러유닛부(200)에 의해 성형된 밥시트(11)를 일정한 길이로 절단하는 컷팅부(300); 상기 컷팅부(300)에서 공급된 밥시트(11)에, 속재료(12) 및 김소재(13)를 공급받아 미리 결정된 직경의 김밥(10) 및 롤(20)을 성형하는 말이부(400); 및 상기 호퍼부(100), 롤러유닛부(200), 컷팅부(300) 및 말이부(400)의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
