APPARATUS FOR BOOSTING PULSE BASED ON DIFFERENTIAL BIPOLAR STRUCTURE

The present invention relates to a pulse boost device. The pulse boost device according to one embodiment includes: a first boost unit including a first switching circuit connected to a power supply voltage line, a first input line, and a second input line, and a plurality of capacitors provided between each of the first input line and the second input line and the first switching circuit; a second boost unit including a second switching circuit connected to a ground line, the first input line, and the second input line and a plurality of capacitors provided between each of the first input line and the second input line and the second switching circuit; and an output unit provided between the first boost unit and the second boost unit and including a first output terminal and a second output terminal for outputting a first control signal and a second control signal according to an input signal applied to the first switching circuit and the second switching circuit through the first input line and the second input line, respectively.
