| Zusammenfassung: | An antioxidant and skin moisturizing cosmetic composition containing idebenone is disclosed. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention has high transdermal permeability of the idebenone, and thus exhibits a high antioxidant effect. In addition, the cosmetic composition can exhibit a whitening effect by having a melanin production inhibitory effect at the same time. Furthermore, the cosmetic composition was clinically confirmed that a high moisturizing effect was exhibited through the formulation of a cream formulation.
