When the temperature of the mold is too high, there is potential for cracks and deformations in the mold. Conversely, when the mold temperature is too low, the casting quality may deteriorate. By overcoming the drawbacks and problems, the present invention can ensure the excellent quality of aluminum casting products. 본 발명은 다단가압주조공법을 통해 차량용 부품을 제작할 수 있는 다단가압주조용 금형의 온도를 일정 온도로 유지할 수 있는 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 금형 온도 유지 시스템은 알루미늄 주조품 생산을 위해 다단가압주조공법용 금형의 상부 금형과 하부 금형에 오일 유로를 형성하고, 추가로 상부 금형과 하부 금형 내부에 냉각수 라인을 형성하여 가열된 오일과 냉각수가 각기 다른 관로를 순환하면서 금형의 온도를 유지하는 것이다. 금형의 온도가 높을 경우 금형의 균열, 변형 등이 발생 가능하며, 금형 온도가 낮을 시 주조 품질이 저하되므로 이러한 단점 및 문제점을 개선하여 알루미늄 주조 제품의 우수한 품질 확보가 가능하다.
